All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders.

Order processing time currently 7-10 business days.

This means, it could take us up to 7-10 business days to prepare your order for shipping.

Please read carefully when choosing your shipping option at checkout. CB PURPOSE FOR LIFE is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL.

All pre-order items will be processes within 21-30 business days or the estimated shipping date given at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS/UPS/FedEx, DHL, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for order updates. Orders may be shipped from different facilities.

If you need your items by a certain date, email us first to make sure we can meet that deadline.

Please refer to the size charts and product descriptions for each item. Since all sizes and figures are different, we include model size information for your reference.

T-shirts and Pullovers are unisex, so they run larger.
